BY USING ALF ELITE’S SERVICES YOU SIGNIFY YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS.
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ANY OF THE TERMS BELOW, PLEASE DO NOT USE OUR SERVICE.
ALF ELITE RESERVES THE RIGHT, AT ANY TIME, TO MODIFY, ALTER OR UPDATE THESE TERMS OF SERVICE. BY CONTINUING TO USE OUR SERVICES AFTER SUCH MODIFICATIONS, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE UPDATED TERMS.
Reservations
We recommend booking in advance to guarantee vehicle availability. Last-minute reservations may be accepted subject to availability. Reservations can be made by phone, email, or online.
No-Shows
If you cannot locate your driver, please call +1 (888) 722-0827 immediately. Leaving without contacting dispatch will result in a No-Show Fee, equal to the full trip fare plus applicable wait time.
Drivers wait up to 30 minutes for regular pickups and 45 minutes for inside airport pickups.
If we cannot reach you during this time, the vehicle will be released, and the ride will be billed in full.
Flight Delays & Cancellations
We monitor flight arrivals. If a flight is delayed after dispatch, additional waiting time charges may apply.
If a flight is diverted or canceled without prior notice, a No-Show Fee may be charged.
Damages & Cleaning Fees
Passengers are responsible for any damage to the vehicle caused by their party. This includes spills, sickness, or any condition that requires excessive cleaning. Charges may include:
Cost of cleaning and repair
Lost revenue if the vehicle is taken out of service
Alcohol & Smoking
Alcohol consumption is permitted only in vehicles equipped with a divider/partition (e.g., limousines).
Alcohol is prohibited in standard vehicles without a divider.
Smoking and vaping are prohibited in all ALF Elite vehicles.
Credit Card Transactions
A pre-authorization may be taken up to one week before service to guarantee funds.
Final charges will be posted after the ride is completed, reflecting any additional stops, waiting time, or changes.
All payments are processed securely with encrypted technology.
Disputes
Corporate accounts: Disputes must be submitted within 10 days of invoice date.
Individual accounts: Disputes must be submitted within 15 days of charge date.
After this timeframe, charges are final and non-refundable.
Collection Fees
Clients are responsible for all legal, administrative, or collection costs incurred in recovering unpaid balances.
Rate Changes & Errors
Rates, fees, and surcharges are subject to change without notice. ALF Elite reserves the right to correct pricing errors or cancel reservations made under incorrect rates.
Invoices & Payment Terms
Corporate clients: Invoices are due within 15 days unless otherwise specified.
Individual accounts: Payment is due upon service completion.
Service Types
Point-to-Point Fares: Calculated based on distance from origin to destination.
Hourly Service: Hourly rentals are available with minimum requirements (typically 3 hours outside metropolitan areas). Travel time may apply for pickups/drop-offs outside service zones.
Waiting Time
Airport pickups: 30 minutes free for domestic flights; 45 minutes free for international flights.
Other pickups: 10 minutes free grace period.
After the grace period, waiting time is billed in hourly increments based on vehicle type.
Stops & Tolls
Additional stops will incur charges depending on distance and duration.
Tolls are billed round-trip from ALF Elite’s garage to the destination.
Meet & Greet Service
Available at airports for an additional fee. Drivers will meet passengers inside with signage and assist with luggage. Waiting time charges apply after the complimentary grace period.
Luggage Policy
Passenger and baggage capacity must not be exceeded.
ALF Elite is not responsible for loss or damage to luggage or its contents.
Parking & Fees
All airport parking fees, regulatory fees, and surcharges are billed at cost.
Child Safety Seats
Child seats are available upon request with 24-hour notice. Parents are encouraged to bring their own for maximum comfort and safety.
Holiday & Weather Surcharges
A surcharge may apply on major holidays and during severe weather events.
Service Errors
In the rare event of a breakdown or service issue, ALF Elite will make every effort to provide a replacement vehicle. However, ALF Elite is not responsible for missed flights, appointments, or events due to delays outside of our control.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which ALF Elite operates. All disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of local courts.
